Making a purchase with us is simple. Browse our collections and select the saree you wish to buy. Click on the product for more details, then click "Add to Cart." Once you have added all desired items to your cart, click on the cart icon to review your order. Proceed to checkout, where you'll enter your shipping and payment information. After reviewing your details, click "Place Order." You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order details. This email will include your order number, the items you purchased, and the total amount. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also log in to your account on our website to view your order status. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact our customer support.

Yes, you can change your shipping address after placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To update your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and the new address details. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

At Gariya, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective items. If you receive a damaged product, please provide a full unboxing video (without cuts or edits) within 24 hours of delivery. Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Refunds will be processed only for the product amount, excluding shipping costs, and will be issued after we receive and verify the video proof. Please note, no returns or exchanges for size issues or discounted items.
